About Craig Blundell

Craig is currently the drummer for Steven Wilson's tour, a valued member of Prog super group Frost*, he’s Matt Berry’s drummer of choice where they have recorded 5 albums together, as well as John Mitchell’s right hand man in “Lonely Robot” where they have recorded six albums together. Alongside that, he’s played in countless projects worldwide, including Fusion crossover power trio Trifecta, recording drums and touring with Steve Hackett, playing on the iconic “Fish” final album and has recorded many drums and programmed music for TV, Film and Radio from the BBC to Netflix, and from Apple TV to Jaguar. Among all the recording, he remains one of the most respected educators and clinicians in the world.

Craig is an ambassador for Mapex drums. He first signed to Mapex in the early 2000’s and now he now holds the position of main R&D consultant for KHS brands, where he works closely with the team in terms of product development and design. He has also been with Roland for over 20 years and continues to work with Roland Japan in sound development and globally as one of their most Iconic V-Drums artists.

Craig has featured on the cover of all the worlds most influential Drumming publications over the years, he’s performed at all the major drumming events on the planet and is regarded as a true ambassador for British drumming.
