If you don’t have a lot of time to practice or find hours and hours of material quite daunting or an uphill challenge for motivation, we’ll work on a few exercises that covers a multitude of problem solving and help you become a more complete and rounded player when it comes to basic hands and feet tasks.

Phrases that don’t always ring true with many. Being confident and content with our playing is not always common. I want to make you stand out from a crowd and sound like no one else but you. I will make you play better time and be in control of time when all around is chaotic.

The Overview

I always had a big task on my career "to do" list that I wanted to produce one of the world's most advanced, unique, and immersive learning experiences. I wanted to build one of the most supportive and friendly Drumming communities where no-one was judged and everyone was welcomed, and in April 2020 I set about trying to make it happen. After years of planning and preparation the CBWWM was born, an interactive fun learning experience like no other. My goal was to compose every single challenge to music and give the participants challenges that they can use for the rest of their years, it's evolved to be so much more. The participants ability continues to grow and friendships all over the world have been forged. There are regular hangs online, there is a private group where people can share their progress, ask questions or just be silent! there is no pressure on anyone, it even had its own merch! What started off as a teaser to see if I could do something truly unique is now embarking on it's sixth season with the production levels and material up another level once again to give a drummer a learning experience that will last a lifetime.

How it works

Firstly, there is NO pressure, you are NOT on Camera, you are in your own surroundings and no-one is going to ask you to play in front of other drummers! Approximately 1 hour before the class starts you will get a link and details how to join. The class is at 3pm UK Time and booking's close at 2pm the day of the class, if you can't make that time, you can download the live stream at your convenience and use forever. When you open the link there is a chat box on the side of the main screen, if you feel like it, please type a "hi", everyone will make you feel very welcome, as will I. The class will run for approximately two hours. I will be using ground-breaking audio and visual technology to give you a fully immersive experience in the comfort of your own home or rehearsal room. The streaming studio is set into zones. The Kit Zone, Hands Zone and Education Zone, the latter consists of white boards where your challenges are written on and where we will do our work. Instead of practicing to click, the challenges are completely composed to music every week that will help you out in terms of notation and rhythmic reading, it is completely bespoke for you and original every week. At the end of every session I will set you a playing challenge, It could be an original composition, It could be a remix, but it is always a test and always fun. After the session is completed you will receive a download link which will include all the music and all the transcriptions from the Masterclass. Once again, you can also download the live stream to watch at your convenience again for reference. You can join at anytime during a season and you will be made to feel very welcome by THE most friendly drum community on the planet. After the class, you can join the online community, who share their progress, videos, have regular Zoom hangs about subjects and sometimes include guests from the industry from time to time. There is NO online drumming community like it. It's all about pushing forward and achieving your own goals

How To Book

With some masterclasses charging a LOT of money and giving very little in return, I've purposely kept the cost at a minimum so everyone can join the classes, and everyone gets a mountain of material to last them a lifetime. The cost of entry to each masterclass is just £10.00 via the PayPal button at the top of this page. You will receive a link at 2pm on the Sunday of the masterclass with all the details. Please make sure the email address in your PayPal is active to receive the access codes for the session and check your junk mail if you haven't received the link shortly after 2pm. I MUST thank Roland, Sennheiser, Mapex and Paiste for providing these incredible tools currently that enable to enhance my creativity to piece together this unique concept.
